Exhibition at Gallery Lane Cove: “artXtra” 2019

Opening of the 2019 “artXtra” Exhibition at Galley Lane Cove.

Opening on the 15th of November through to 2 December 2019, this year’s “artXtra” exhibition will feature two of Antoni Dyga’s recent works, including his “Midsummer Dream” and “Tatarak”. Both works are acrylic and oil pastels on canvas. Also on display is “River Dance”, mixed media: acrylic, oil pastels, modelling paste and cardboard. These works can be viewed by the public at Gallery Lane Cove located at level 1, 164 Longueville Road Lane Cove. More information about the gallery and this exhibition can be found at their website. Gallery Lane Cove: “56th Art Award Exhibition”

Antoni Dyga’s “Rhapsody in Green” is currently exhibited at the Gallery Lance Cove, as part of the “56th Art Award Exhibition” sponsored by Lane Cove Council and the Lane Cove Art Society.

The gallery will be open for public viewing from 30 August to 14 September 2019, at 164 Longueville Road, Lane Cove. Further information can be found at this link.

Exhibition at Gallery Lane Cove: “artXtra Exhibition”

Antoni’s recent work was on display at Gallery Lane Cove for the “artXpress” Exhibition 2018. The work will continue to be exhibited to the public from 6 November 2018 at 164 Longueville Road (level 1) Lane Cove, for a period of four weeks. Traditional Papier-Mâché Mask Making Demonstration: Gallery Lane Cove

On Saturday 9 June at the Gallery Lane Cove, Antoni Dyga demonstrated how papier-mâché masks are constructed using the traditional method on clay mould.

Antoni has been using this method to produce elements for his mixed media paintings with acrylic on canvas. The elements are manufactured using adhesive glues that are also made by the artist in the style common to theatre stage prop productions. Exhibition at Gallery Lane Cove: “Timeless”

Antoni’s recent work will be exhibited under the title of “Timeless” at the Gallery Lane Cove from 30 May to 16 June 2018. The following works (mixed media and acrylic on canvas) will be on display: “Echo of Rebirth” “Harlequin’s Dance” “Awakening” “Two Horizons” (see image below) “Generation 1.5” “Nest” “Jackstraw” and “Tears of the Shadow” (see Visual Arts page). Also on display will be a number of the artist’s working sketches for his 2018 work.

Antoni highlights the inherent possibilities of the individual; his drive towards virtue; and desire for good in a conflicted world.

Exhibition at Cre8tive Gallery

Antoni’s “Generation 1.5” will be displayed in a collection of various local artists at Cre8tive Gallery, from 9 December 2017.

The gallery is located at 27 Atchison St, St Leonards NSW 2065 and this exhibition will be opened to the public for two weeks.
