On Saturday 9 June at the Gallery Lane Cove, Antoni Dyga demonstrated how papier-mâché masks are constructed using the traditional method on clay mould.
Antoni has been using this method to produce elements for his mixed media paintings with acrylic on canvas. The elements are manufactured using adhesive glues that are also made by the artist in the style common to theatre stage prop productions.
